Founded in 2004, Enclave has grown steadily and has now consolidated its position as one of Ireland’s leading Information Technology service providers.
This is a niche IT business in what is probably the most rapidly expanding market of the decade, and Emarkable needed to engage all our knowledge and experience of the IT world in order to fulfil the demands of the commission.
Competition in this sector is keen and fast-moving. Enclave needed to demonstrate that it offers services unmatched in the IT support business, and the marketing platforms that Emarkable designed and implemented had to catch the eye of executives at every level of the potential client organisations, from Chief Executive Officers to IT technicians.
Research with Enclave needed to be deep, and extensive, and we spent several days with Enclave learning about their business, as well as with Microsoft, using their Smart Partner Marketing department so that we could be sure the media platforms we developed were accurate and up to date, as well as suitable for potential Enclave clients.
Differentiation was the most important objective; this is a crowded market, and Emarkable needed to show that Enclave offers levels of service and support that are not available at this quality elsewhere. The website was the most effective of the various marketing platforms for this purpose, and the ‘Dream Team’ site, for which the springboard was the 2016 Euro Football Cup, although light-hearted, proved very effective in introducing the management and technology support services of Enclave to potential clients, and in demonstrating the high level of expertise that is available to Enclave’s clients.
Emarkable used its own Elevate programme to fine-tune the campaign for Enclave. This is a marketing strategy that is particularly suited to Business to Business campaigns, with Key Performance Indicator tracking systems and a set-up that can be modified and streamlined for each individual business, making it one of the most flexible marketing tools available to our clients.
Emarkable used SharpSpring to run its after the Click behavioural-based email tracking. Enclave can now track the visitor’s activity from the time the visitor clicks through from an email and can see which pages were visited, which forms completed, whether there have been webinar sign-ups or white-paper downloads. This is an excellent Return on Investment tool, as it has the effect of increasing the number of leads and raising the lead quality. It gives a real insight into visitor behaviour, allowing for informed modifications to the marketing campaigns as and when they become necessary.
The content marketing for Enclave was challenging, but Emarkable rose to that challenge, learned on the job, and produced successful campaigns involving blogs, social posts, landing pages and assets to download, all managed with SharpSpring marketing automation and our own Elevate programme.
