Emarkable at The Sales and Marketing Summit
Emarkable were at the Sales and Marketing Summit in the RDS in May
The dual billing of the National Sales and Marketing Summit and TechConnect Live attracted the crowds in their thousands to the RDS at the end of May.
Emarkable hosted a stand at the one-day event and exhibition and it brought the best out of the Emarkable team who were represented by Claire Murphy, Claire Kane, Celia Deverell and Richard Coen.
The TechConnect Live was promoted as one of Ireland’s largest technology event which brought out a well-informed buyer while the National Sales and Marketing Summit was dedicated to developing online business.
Whatever the name or the billing, overall this was a worthwhile event organised by Premier Publishing and it was good to meet up with other industry experts like, BrandIT, Easy Display and Grow Sales
It was great to engage with so many of our clients and also to answer queries from the many visitors to our stand in the Main Hall.
With the constant flow of valuable contacts at our exhibition space we did not attend as many of the keynote speakers as we did at past events, but heard great reports from those around us.
Although there were nine stages with over 100 speakers spread out over two floors, Emarkable’s presentation on ‘Marketing Automation: The Success Plan’ drew a huge crowd.
The size of the audience for Richard’s address reinforced what a hot topic ‘Marketing Automation’ is and shows that more and more businesses are engaging with it.
With a show of hands there were only four companies currently using the likes of Marketo, Hubspot and MailChimp for keeping in touch with their clients on a regular basis.
“Marketing Automation: The Success Plan” was an overall view of how Emarkable are using marketing automation as a company. The talk included a number of case studies of how we at Emarkable have implemented this with some of our existing clients.
Those who attended the talk would have come away fully enlightened by the benefits of ‘Marketing Automation’ and for those who missed out I urge you to do some research on marketing automation. I’m guessing that you are already working hard. Marketing automation will help you leverage your efforts to get better, measurable results.
After a long but hugely beneficial day at the RDS, I left the event feeling inspired along with some valuable contacts in my pocket and learned a few things in this fast changing landscape.
